Frequently asked questions
What counts as a 'used' credit?
A credit is consumed when a fill completes — whether the fill used the local dictionary or the AI provider fallback. Partial fills that error before completion do not consume a credit. Free-tier fills are not credits and are not refundable.
What if a fill failed due to a bug on your side?
If a fill fails due to a confirmed bug on our end, we will restore the consumed credit to your balance. Email us at [email protected] with the date, form URL, and a brief description. We aim to resolve credit disputes within 5 business days.
Can I get a partial refund for an unused portion of a pack?
No. Refunds are all-or-nothing per purchase. If you have used any credits from a pack, the pack is non-refundable. We recommend starting with the Starter pack ($2.99 / 100 credits) to evaluate the Service before purchasing larger packs.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. The time for the funds to appear depends on your card issuer — typically 5–10 business days.
Do credits expire?
No. Paid credits never expire. You can use them at any time, even years after purchase.
What happens to my credits if I delete my account?
Unused credits are forfeited when you delete your account. If you have a significant unused balance and are considering deletion, contact us first — we will do our best to accommodate a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
